Successfully defended Destiny Media Technologies, Inc. in an international patent lawsuit that was won at summary judgment and affirmed on appeal. Yangaroo v. Destiny, 720 F. Supp. 2d 1034 (E.D. Wi. 2010), aff’d 412 Fed. Appx. 305 (Fed. Cir. 2011).
Represented Bloomspot, Inc. in Rewards Networks v. Bloomspot, Inc., No. 1:12-cv-02277 (E.D. Ill. 2012), which was a patent litigation that we successfully settled and Bloomspot was thereafter acquired by JP Morgan Chase.
Representing OpenSky Project, Inc. in Ubicomm, LLC v. OpenSky Project, Inc., No. 1:13-cv-01020-UNA (D. Del. 2013).
